So excited to be getting ready today to head out to a retreat in Utah for adults that were sexually abused under the age of 18. Many of us don’t understand the trauma to the brain..I WANT TO UNDERSTAND about all of that!! I also will be learning how to fill those scars in with gold! I will be learnomg how to not let my past rule me in the NOW!! So exciting!! I feel like through all of this trauma the broken spots in my heart have become my strongest attributes and my fight to own a brand new ME and a brand new life outside of emotional abuse!
Retreat dates are Monday October 22-25...I love all your support!
